We accept payments made using Visa and Mastercard (and American Express where indicated). All transactions are processed in UAE Dirham (AED). The displayed prices and any amount charged will be in AED.
This website and its services are intended for business clients. Persons under 18 years of age (minors) may not register on, transact through, or make payments on this website. By transacting with us you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and our website policies from time to time. Customers should review them frequently. Any modification takes effect on the day it is posted on this website.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services provided by Getamed FZ-LLC. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All payments and refunds are handled in UAE Dirham (AED).
We provide professional services — project management consulting, design and production of prototypes, and marketing management — delivered against an agreed scope. As we provide services rather than physical retail goods, refunds are handled as described below.
Our deliverables are provided digitally and through direct engagement. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt (and by SMS where a mobile number is provided). Service delivery timelines are agreed in your proposal or statement of work.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method / card used for the transaction. Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
A refund may be issued where, for example: the agreed service was not delivered; a service was charged in error; or we are unable to complete the engagement for reasons within our control.
For prototype design and production engagements, once materials have been purchased or production has commenced, those material and production costs are non-refundable.
To request a cancellation or replacement of a service, please notify us in writing as early as possible and no later than 7 days from the invoice or payment date. Cancellation is subject to the deductions in section 4 above.
Email support@getamed.online with your invoice reference and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days.
