These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Getamed FZ-LLC, a freezone company registered in the UAE. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Getamed provides project management consulting, design and production of prototypes, and marketing management. Scope, deliverables, fees and timeline for any engagement are set out in an agreed proposal, quotation, statement of work, or invoice.
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on requirements known at the time. Changes to agreed scope will be confirmed before additional work proceeds.
You agree to provide information, materials, access and approvals we reasonably need in good time. Delays may affect timeline and cost.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables become your property once payment is received in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools and know-how.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Al Hamra Freezone, Ras Al Khaimah.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services provided by Getamed FZ-LLC. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
We provide professional services — project management consulting, design and production of prototypes, and marketing management — against an agreed scope.
Once materials are purchased or production has commenced, those costs are non-refundable.
If we cannot deliver for reasons within our control, we will refund any amount paid for the undelivered portion.
Email support@getamed.online with your invoice reference. We aim to respond within a few business days and process approved refunds promptly to your original payment method.
Please contact us first — we will always try to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
